As a previous bride, Arnisha knows first-hand everything that goes into planning a wedding. In addition, Arnisha's wedding took place in the midst of Covid, so she was extremely overwhelmed. When her first wedding party wasn't very helpful, she decided to start her own business and use her expertise to help others dreams come true.

Our journey began as Arnisha Gaither Events, inspired by Arnisha's personal experience as a bride and her passion for creating dream celebrations. As Arnisha grew and built a talented team equally dedicated to excellence, it became clear that our name should reflect more than one person, it should represent our collective vision. The Gaither Collective was born to embody our growth, our collaboration, and our unwavering commitment to crafting seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable events.
